Microscopy Ontology (MO) is a PMDco-aligned application ontology for microscopy and microanalysis data integration. It extends PMD Core concepts with microscopy-specific terms for instruments, imaging and beam conditions, acquisition settings, and analysis outputs so that heterogeneous microscopy datasets can be represented and queried interoperably.
